BY USING THE PRODUCT, YOU ACCEPT THE TERMS HEREBY. IF YOU DO NOT ACCEPT ANY PART OF THIS LICENSE, PLEASE DO NOT USE THE PRODUCT.

The End User License Agreement below is a legal contract between you ("USER") and Voicedocs Software GmbH “VOICEDOCS”, the principal place of business located in Germany, 50825 Köln, Franz-Liszt-Straße 7 regarding the software product Voicedocs ("PRODUCT").

PRODUCT is licensed for trial purposes. Your right to use the trial PRODUCT is limited by the trial period. You have the option to convert your trial rights to subscription rights. Conversion options are provided at the end of your trial period. If no conversion is performed at the end of the trial period, the trial software will no longer work.

You agree that the subscription fee will be automatically collected from your account at the end of the subscription period and the subscription period will be extended. You can cancel your subscription at any time you want.

PRODUCT is protected by patent, copyright or trade secrets laws. VOICEDOCS shall keep all property rights and intellectual property rights for the product. This license allows you to use only the PRODUCT. You cannot sell or lease the PRODUCT to any other third parties.

YOU EXPRESSLY ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF THE PRODUCT IS AT YOUR OWN RISK AND THAT THE PRODUCT IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE". IN PARTICULAR, VOICEDOCS OR SUPPLIERS THEREOF DO NOT DECLARE OR GUARANTEE YOU THAT YOUR USE OF THE PRODUCT WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS, BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE OR ERROR-FREE AND ANY INFORMATION TO BE OBTAINED BY YOU USING THE PRODUCT WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE.

IN NO EVENT, VOICEDOCS OR SUPPLIERS THEREOF SHALL BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, ECONOMIC OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE USE OF THE PRODUCT. IN NO EVENT, THE LIABILITY OF VOICEDOCS (INCLUDING ITS SUPPLIERS) SHALL EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY THE USER FOR THE PRODUCT.

YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT THERE MIGHT BE ERRORS SINCE THE SPEECH RECOGNITION SYSTEM OPERATES BASED ON STATISTICAL MODELS. YOU AGREE THAT IT IS YOUR LIABILITY TO CORRECT THE ERRORS BEFORE USING THE RESULTS OF THE RECOGNITION.

PRODUCT REQUIRES INTERNET CONNECTION. VOICEDOCS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INTERNET CONNECTION FEES YOU PAY FOR USING THE PRODUCT OR PRODUCT'S FAILURE TO FUNCTION PROPERLY BECAUSE OF SLOW INTERNET CONNECTION.

VOICEDOCS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR DATA LOSS OR LEAKAGE CAUSED BY ATTACKS TO YOUR COMPUTER OR NETWORK.

During speech recognition, your voice and information regarding the type of the operating system are sent to Voicedocs server. You agree that such data may be used to enhance the performance of the software. Voicedocs never shares such data with third parties or use them for any other purposes. Voicedocs never collects personal information about the user.

Regardless of the reason and purpose, You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software, except and only to the extent that such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law notwithstanding this limitation. You shall not cooperate with those who act for such purposes. 

The interpretation of this agreement and allegations of infringement shall be governed by the laws of Federal Republic of Germany, without taking international binding rules into consideration.

VOICEDOCS may make changes to this license agreement from time to time. In case of any change, VOICEDOCS shall make a new copy of the License Agreement available at http://www.voicedocs.com/help/terms_en.html and inform you of the change via the PRODUCT. You agree that if you use the PRODUCT after the date on which the license agreement is changed, this will be interpreted as your acceptance of the updated license agreement.
